Takila A is an apartment built on one level and is also suitable for physically disabled guests. The entrance, foyer, bathroom, toilets and the living area have all been designed to suit the needs of wheelchair users.

Takila B is an apartment built on two levels. On the entrance level you find the foyer, two bedrooms, walk-in wardrobe, sauna, bathroom with a toilet, plus a separate bathroom/toilet. The living area, kitchen and a large patio are located on the bottom floor.
